Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. If you need a different size or color, please contact us and we will arrange an exchange subject to availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
