Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return: Email us at info@hcgrouptextile.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide the return address and a prepaid shipping label with instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or defective items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items: Sale/discounted items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom/personalized products, and personal care items are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges: We do not accept direct exchanges. Return your item and place a new order separately.
