At HC Group Textile, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
All tags must be intact and attached.
For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and bikinis are not eligible for return.

Return Process

Initiate your return request via our Contact page or by emailing us at info@hcgrouptextile.com.
Once your request is approved, ship the item to the address provided.
After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
